Might I ask if you mean upload pictures? Uploading is the process of taking information from your computer and giving it to the internet. Downloading in the process of taking information from the internet and giving it to your computer.

If you do mean upload, there are a couple of alternatives. There's ImageShack and Photobucket. ImageShack is best if you're only uploading a couple of photo's as a one off, but Photobucket is better if you plan on uploading more in the future due to it's wide array of features (and increasing). Photobucket does require registration though. They're both easy to use, so shouldn't require any instructions.

You mean put pictures on this site for your stories???

I though you just copied one of the links displayed by the picture on the site you uploaded the pictures on, prefurably the direct link, which i think has the [img] [/img] tags readily wrapped around it. Then just click link (this is for photobucket pictures im not sure about imageshack) on this site, it is the icon with the globe and paper clip on it, and copy the text of the direct link into the box, then your images should be visible on the site.
