CTD trouble with Eleutheroi

on EB 1.1 with all the latest permanent, temporary, and optional fixes, I'm experiencing a CTD during the Eleutheroi segment of Ver 248BCE. The AI has a 3638 strong stack under Diazeris up by Eburonum and inevitably engages either my opposing consular army by Vindabona and/or the loan Rorarii unit that's heading west (and don't ask what it's doing there... ). The battle(s) goes/go fine, I wait the recommended 10-15 seconds once the battle(s) is/are completed, and then as the AI goes to finish its turn back on the strategy map: CTD. I've used the fog of war code to check for revolts but didn't see any, and have as well tried the memory fix to the executable, all with no joy. Any help or insight would be much appreciated!

You might be able to get around this by teleporting away the army that you're fighting.
