There seems to me to be a lot of these scams about at the moment. Today I got my first ever "fake lottery" scam. Apparently there is some benevolent organisation which has decided to run a lottery on the internet, generously collecting everyone's email address, assigning them numbers, running the draw and then giving huge sums of money to the winners, all without me having to buy a ticket or even enter. And I've won! Fancy that!
