All i can say is they lose small amounts of money from the beginning that keep getting slightly bigger everytime a new rebel army spawns.

Not sure if you can get much help georgeman51. I doubt alot of people have played the rebels since they aren't really a proper faction. They aren't included in the R:TW guides either.![]()
can someone make me one plz i will give them a hug![]()

Well theres not really much to say. The rebels have many settlements on the map and some elite units in these. They get at least 1 new army every turn.
So i'd suggest you build ports in all settlements near the sea and to try to ceasefire and trade with as many factions as possible so you can build up your denarii before expanding your rebel empire.
Hope this helps.

Also, when you are low on money and you want to decrease population growth, set your tax levels to very high since your settlements can't rebel against you. I'm not sure about riots though.
Rebels are a amusing faction to play, since even you run out of money, your still recruiting troops from brigands, what I do, is gather every rebel army I can find, put them into large hordes, and march north to my northern settlements, then like in BI, head for rome smashing everything up along the way.
