Since we only have two FM's, if we get many more FM sign-ups than that, maybe we should hold a vote, OOC, to assign them. Most of the top of the list is going to defer, and I don't know if plus or minus a handful of diet votes should decide it, especially with the uneven distrubtion of diet sessions (most in the early game). We could only have one vote, with the runner-up getting the faction heir.

I'm going to make this a bit easier. Since we're apparently going to be spawning a ton of avatars right at the start, we can skip the FM/RBG choice. Before we assign avatars, I will create the new Senate Library/Info Post Thing, which will include the mugshots of all the avatars available from the beginning of the game. I will then go down the list from highest priority to lowest. When it is your turn, you can pick any of the avatars that remain untaken, or defer for a new RBG, at which point you go to the bottom of the pile. So, on the current ranking (which may be inaccurate) OK would go first and can pick any of the avatars he wants, FM or RBG. Then econ21 (if he's playing) and I would choose from the ones that remain, minus OK's selection. We continue down until all spawned avatars are picked. As new RBGs are spawned, we will continue working down the list in this way until everyone has an avatar. In the case of people who have the same priority level, I will use random.org to choose which order they pick in.

I've changed the first thread to represent the changes mentioned by TinCow and also took the opportunity to go over all 15 Diet Sessions and add up the activity for all players. If I still made an error please say so in this thread or via PM. Please also link the relevant Diet Sessions, so I can check it easier.

That's why I'm not at the max on mine as well, just wasn't paying attention to the time limit during one random session. It's not a perfect system, but it's the most impartial one I can think of. In any case, I don't think having a low priority will cause much of a problem. If you really don't like anything available, you can just defer. If you're willing to wait, you'll eventually get what you want.

I'll do what's expected of me militarily, if I can, but mostly I'll be there for comic relief, as I don't expect to ever wield a position of power.
