The only family member that comes to mind is the recently come of age Appolonias Komnenos, near Constantinople. There is also a recruitable general around Alexandria with pretty good stats.

I don't think there's any special place. The OOC thread would work, or you could pm any of us. TinCow runs the game so he might be the best if the questions are very technical.

I think you have to be a member to edit messages, but that doesn't really take more than just posting for a little while.
