Hello Everybodys,

I have plying this game for over 5 mtns now and wanted to know how to gett into onlining matches. I am an excellent player & have beaten everyone I have plaid so far. I use all heavy cavary and i charge from the fonrt and sides to break enmeies lines. I have beatne 2 very good players at my school and they are excellent at risk and other online games.

I have alsi chnaged my units to be super units. In one battle, I beste the AI with 15 units of elefants agsinat a good german army. I have only lost 1 batlle in 5 months - who can match this??

I have tired some of the mods like Stainless Steel & Broken Cresant but they aer are rubbish - too many bugs & now wirth any money. I play on medium capm/easy battle.

Is theree regular games online & how do I get into prove i am the best (or on of the best :o) players..I nees a new challenge.

To play online just get your GameSpyID and login in through the Multiplayer option in the main menu.

I tried to do it, but had trouble with the CD Key, as many people seem to do. I can link you to a thread if you have similar problems.

While I'm sure you are a talented enough player, you've probably got a while to go to beat some of the achievements other players here have made. In particular, Askthepizzaguy can capture a fully garrisoned Citadel with one unit of light cavalry, and can win Long Campaigns as the HRE in seven turns! The best I've managed using his tactics is winning as the Rebels after 12 turns (and there's a challenge for you, check the relevant thread here).

And while I've not played any M2TW mods bar the one mini-mod I made myself (in sig), SS and BC are extremely popular and I doubt they are rubbish. They look great from what I've seen in AAR's.

1.Use a spellcheck :P
2.You should head over to the multiplayer forum to find out how to get online.
3.SS and BC have very few bugs, are not rubbish and don't cost any money.
4.I'm sure you'll stop going around saying you're the greatest after playing a few people on here, this isn't just your school but people from all over the world.

Try playing Askthepizzaguy, Tristan de Castlereng or Ramses for example and you'll be put in your place.

This appears to be a classic troll post, no offense. There appears to be lots of intentional misspellings, first of all, then there is the junior member with one post claiming to be the best, which goads others into debating them.

No offense if you're not a troll Max, but this post has all the classic symptoms.

I can capture a fully garrisoned (with heavily armoured HRE troops) Citadel with one or two units of light cavalry because of AI idiocy. I can even teach people how to do it.

However, the best I managed was actually 8 turns for the Long Campaign, because although I could have copied another player's tactic of crusading against non-excommunicated Catholics and tied his score, I eventually gave up (for now) of beating it with 7 turns.

I might be good but I'm not quite indestructible.

Isn't changing units cheating in multi-player - I don't know as I've never tried it but we've had the discussion about "uber-units" many times...

I agree ATPG he's probably a troll, if not it's not a very good idea to say your the best and everyone else is crap because you can win a battle using 15 units of elephants, someone new to the game could do that anyway...

I have using other armies to with a good set of units - not just elefants. I also have aplyed some good players at our shcool.

I don't think he is a troll, I think he is just silly.

First of all, SP and MP are completely different games. I don't know how many times I have played people who boast about beating AI, only to see them quit the game because their SP tactics are not applicable in MP.

Going after the best players at this stage would not be a good idea. And using all cav wouldn't be acceptable in a game against competetive players. Play some lobby matches with structured rules and then try playing people with tags. Generally speaking they will be a bit better than randoms, but some clans recruit anything with a pulse. Anyways, more often than not clan players will have some skills and knowledge of the game...

If it's the best you want...try playing with some of these names, though I doubt they will accept a game with you:

Not to bash nor boast but just a note, I can beat ANY single-stack AI army with 6 (scottish) border horse, including mongol and timurids on any dificulty setting. I have dial-up internet so am unable to play online but have played via LAN and can tell you without question I am no match for the elite onliners. Put simply, the ability to defeat the AI, no matter the odds, has no relevence in the MP world.
I dont doubt you can quickly become a contender, but I advise you not go into online play assuming your the best as some players are likely to take it personally and you will not take lossing very well. On that note, is there an undefeated online player?

I can beat any online player with just 2 units.

Ofcourse they're my elite camel body guards, trained for ages, fed with not just milk, but with vodka-milk to make real men out of them.
