I tried again and again and while AI is playing Getai I got the message above then back to the desktop.

All fixes have been tried.

Well, yes. You can try BI, as worked for the one Tellos linked. Also, you can run the validation to see if there is anything missing that could cause the problem (although that wasn't the case in the other one, it can't harm to check). Finally, you can take over control of the AI faction in question that it crashes on and move all their forces, cancel all construction/recruitment etc.

I got the exact same message in my Romani game in 230 during Carthage's turn. I tried re-installing, and also changing to the BI.exe, but it didn't help.
I had much earlier spotted a strange Carthaginian stack near Tolosa: two same family members and nothing else! I thought that those strange twins might be causing the problem, so I tried attacking them. I killed them both, but immediately after the statistics screen I was looking at my desktop once more.
Then I tried auto-resolving the battle; the Carthies lost it but neither one died. But, somehow, I got past the error. Don't know if it's because of the fight or because Carthage got into a war (I'm using the BI.exe). Those two were identical except for the fact that the other one had more bodyguards and they were Brihentin. The Carthaginian AI has been a little weird, the twins had wandered to Narbonensis and stopped there, but they've marched an other family member all the way to Pamphylia...
