How can I gift money or region to the slave faction?

I try to play my campaigns as historically accurate as possible. So when I see that a faction is expanding too much or in a wrong direction I intervene either by attacking them or by using forced diplomacy. But when I gain the "extra" territories of the "naughty" faction I can't give them to the slave (rebel) faction.

Is there any way, using the console, to gift a region and some money to the slave faction?

I think it is not possible.

But you can make that the city revolt to the eleutheroi - for example, putting an incompetent administrator( or none), increasing to the maximun the taxes, leaving no garrison at all, etc.

You can't give them cities, but you can give them money.

Open the console, and type "add_money slave, [any amount up to 40,000 mnai]"

Yep, I do the same. Just take the region from them, remove the entire garrison and destroy every building that gives public order bonus, while raising taxes to very high. Should become rebel city in no-time!

Some times, when I do that, the province revolts to the faction I just took it from... Why is this happening? More important, how can I tell if the province will revolt to rebels or not?

I think that if the previous faction has upgraded the governor's building, it revolts to them.
