Can't load campaign after installing 1.1

I uninstalled all of EB, RTW and BI. Then installed RTW w/ the 3 discs, installed the 1.3 patch then the 1.5 patch, I tried playing RTW and it worked perfectly. I then installed EB 1.1 and it froze in the same spot as before after picking a faction when starting a campaign, so I did a validation and here it is:

You seem to have a corrupt install. There are changes to files, or some are missing.
However, these may be conscious changes you have made, to remod EB. See below for details.
