Thanks Bovi for your continued help and this is the additional items I have tried on the list:
1. Added -nm and -ne to shortcut and still crashed in the same spot.
2. I use XP so I didn't try anything to do with Vista.
3. I deleted and unistalled nero programs on my computer.
4. Ran a chckdsk \f and rebooted computer.
After all this game still crashes in same spot everytime. As flying pig mentioned above could something be wrong with my Target directory? What should my Target Directory look like? I copied mine and this is what it is:
"C:\Program Files\EBTrivialScript\EBTrivialScript.exe" -s ebconfig.xml -runeb -type "Single Player" -nm -ne
