Parthian Kappadokia

When looking at this province in the RV I can see that there are only 2 types of barracks that produce units here, number 3 (Factional) and 23 (Regional). But looking at the maps here in the forum Kappadokia is outside the Parthian reform area, so you can't build Factional MIC. Also it is a region with the "mixed" resource, so no Allied government and no Regional barracks over lvl 1.

Is this the way it was intended? Most of Asia minor also have troops listed for Factional barracks that can't be build because of the lack of reforms, but at least they can get the allied ones.

Yes, the situation there is odd, and certainly the effects of portraying Cappadocia as a mixed province, carries very negative implications for the Parthian faction. Something needs to be fixed, but I'm not quite sure how (I'm thinking perhaps convert it to a normal province, instead of "mixed", so that client kingdom option could be enabled), but we are aware of the situation.

Now it's my turn to bump into the issue ;) Does anyone know what it is supposed to designate? Some special status of Kappadokia in regard to Pahlava?

you have to hunt "hidden resource" in EDB file...

I realise that this is caused by mixed resource. What is puzzling me is what is the motivation behind this solution.
