It's default "rebelling to" faction is KH, no matter who is KH...

Can someone please tell me where I can find a list of this "default faction to rebel to" stuff? I'd be interested to know because I _ALWAYS_ see Ankyra turn a lighter shade of green,and I want to see what else can happen.
