They should also get Iberian Assault Infantry, at least, in my current Carthaginian campaign, I see them in the list of recruitable units for the level 5 factional MIC (in Lilibeo), but I can't actually recruit them.

I spoke too soon; I'm at 197BC and the Carthaginian reform markers have appeared in Mastia, Gader, Karali and Lilibeo.
It began on seven hills - an EB 1.1 Romani AAR with historical house-rules (now ceased)
Heirs to Lysimachos - an EB 1.1 Epeiros-as-Pergamon AAR with semi-historical houserules (now ceased)
Philetairos' Gift - a second EB 1.1 Epeiros-as-Pergamon AAR
Cheers for your answers. I imagine you’ve just answered the mystery of my first game, where I got down to 200 BC and then the game crashed on me and refused to load up again! Gutted to have got to 197 and still be looking at the same problem again!
This may be a daft question, but would I have still have had these reforms pop up if I'd have taken out Carthage earlier than 200?

By the wya. What's up with Carthage subjugation resources. Recruitment viewer says one can build type 2 in Italy and all I see there is expansion so max level 3 allowed. Does this change with reforms?
