When the Carthagian Reforms occur (I think 235 B.C. is almost inaccessible since 5 regional level 5 MIC´s are very, very expensive) – have I to destroy my existing native MIC´s and build up new ones in order to get the new, heavier units or will these units appear automatically in my barracks (with the respective MIC level) as soon as the reforms occurred?
