I've just stabilised a substantial kingdom in my new Baktrian campaign, which is my first ever on any version, and I can't stop grinning whenever I see the Hetairoi Kataphraktoi late bodyguard units. They actually look like demons swooping down to bring death to the Seleukid and Saka scum who stand in my way.
Well done for whoever skinned them, but it makes me want to put loads of my family members on the field just for eye candy (and because they are also pretty much the best cavalry possible), stopping them from managing my provinces as they should be doing.
How come the non-bodyguard Hellenikoi Kataphraktoi aren't as pretty? Basically this is just a pointless post to express my happiness at how Baktria's conquering of the world is brutal, but aesthetically-pleasing nevertheless.
