Event pics problem

Hello to all ! Coming back with an old problem that I couldn't solve... I'm still encountering problems with my event pics... Can anybody help ? Here's a screen :



The first pic is the standard one, saved as TGA and put in "events pics" folder... The second is the result ingame... Do you know why the resolution is so bad ingame ??? I tried to change my screen resolution, and to lower/upper the pic quality (saving to X24 in place of X32, changing resolution from 72 to 150, converting to 256 colors - and even to 128 colors...) but nothing... The "changes" make it a little bit better, but just a little bit only... Could you help me about that ? Many thanks to all for your attention... Seijitai
