Sorry didn't make myself clear enough (and theres been some further developments). I was wanting to know if its possible to get a building model to source a shader. I've seen some shader text files in the original RTW and many do create water effects (this is what the game uses for its rivers) but they dont seem to have any identity or name that can be placed on a building as the texture file.

I cant get an actual river on the map because of the settlement plan but have got a "building" that basically shows water level and by lowering the underlay level a "river" is made. I've got the building texture alpha'd so that its semi-transparent but it has no "flow" so was wondering if there's a way a shader can be sourced.
