only 1gb ram help

is there any way to play this decently with only 1gb i mean it takes me half an hour to roll through two provinces and im not upgrading quite yet

This question should be posted in the EB forum, and possibly in the subforum related to technical issues. If you search there (in the proper forum) you will discover that there is a fix that should help speed up the game (it is titled "people with 1 gig of Ram or less read this" in the main forum). I only have 1 gig myself, and I do not use the fix since two minute wait times seem reasonable to me anyway... After all, if twenty other players actually had to make their moves in the game and fight their battles, it would take much, much longer than 120 seconds!

hehe nice one, but ill prefer my 2gb nonetheless.

personal preference is an opinion, not a fact. the eb team made it pretty clear that they arent competing with rtr.
