Taxes in Jerusalem reduced to Very Low to restore it to order (the rebellion is over, so taxes do not have to be artificially high).

Note: Ioannis Komnenos III (Ignoramus) should be teleported to Constantinople, as that was Ignoramus' chosen starting location. However, he is now aboard a boat and I cannot teleport him until he is on land.

Note 2: For anyone not paying attention, the Megas has plunged the Empire into 15000 florins of debt and the Empire is losing a further 5000 florins per turn. This is entirely legal, but I do not think I need to explain the long-term consequences of this.
