No more than 3 times a week or it will cause you serious man boobs. A fellow in my school took whey 4-5 times a week and he ended up with boobs which would make Pamela stay hidden in a dark corner.

Well, IIRC, you need significant estrogen intake to grow breasts. So I wonder whether your friend was taking whey protein or some other unhealthy protein pills with "womanly" ingredients.

Yeah the water in the UK at least has a tiny amount of eastrogen, and also lots of things cotain eastrogen, (Even Acne pills I think, females get testorone as well but not as much males)
