People of Serbia!
I, King Alexander II of the great nation of Serbia, now speak to you from the lands of our friends, the Republic of Crimea.
Our country may have fallen, but our people have not; day by day our friends grow ever stronger, whilst the decadent rule of the upstart Dalmatians, who were given the gift of freedom by my great-grandfather King Peter I, grow ever weaker as the oppressed people across their realm rise up to arms!
Fellow Serbians! The time for the great war is at hand, fight for your freedom, fight for your families and fight for the nation, the integrity and the honour of Serbia! We must stand together against the Dalmation tyrants, and together, in the fires of war and ashes of the dictators, forge a greater Serbia!

In other news, the Serbian government in exile, as well as leaders of the various resistance movements throughout the Balkans, declared unamiously the founding of the Balkans Alliance Treaty Organisation, BATO for short.
