I noticed that armor seems to be of less importance in Kingdoms and hence has lower values. Is this true? What is each type of armor now worth?

True, the values are 2 points lower than vanilla's. Here are the Kingdoms values, based on my observations:

padded		2
light mail	3
heavy mail	5
partial plate	6
full plate	7
advanced plate	8

I'm not 100% sure for the full and advanced plate armor.

lol, I thought you were both shamefully spamming for the posts.

Something that always annoyed me is that the difference between light and heavy mail is greater than between light mail and padded armour. It just doesn't seem right.

Apachean wooden armour is the way to go. Now back to the Warpath...

Stainless Steel armor levels:

Leather 2
Padded 3
Light Brigandine 4
Light Mail 5
Brigandine 6
Heavy Mail 7
Heavy Brigandine, Partial Plate 8
Partial Plate + Mail 9
Full Plate 11
Gothic Plate 13
Late Renaissance 14

Kingdoms armor levels do not match the armor upgrade system, which is 2-2.5 armor per upgrade.
