in bi how long turn wise is the game and can i play beyond the end date like in rome ?

The campaign officially ends in 476AD - the historic fall of the Western Roman Empire. You can play beyond that date though, although from there onwards it's impossible to reach any victory conditions (if not already met that is).

But can I play the game after I have the whole map conquered??

Don't quote me on this, I've never conquered the map, but from the map conquest victory conditions others have taken screenshots of, it appears that you cannot. As I said though, I'm not completly certain. Sorry
