Cannot play EB

I've downloaded EB1.1 and run the installer application and the files appar to be int he RTW folder, but there is no EB icon on my desktop, and the 'EB play' icon in the start menu just starts up regular RTW. I have checked in properties for this icon and it says

'target: "C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War\RomeTW.exe" -show_error'

Should be: "C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War\RomeTW.exe" -mod:eb -show_error
