question on movement

can anyone tell me how to move my generals for the suromate to scotland or ireland (i dont mind which) its something ive always wanted to try but i cant use the move character console command.
if somebody could tell me what to do that would be great

thanks this has helped a lot
also i dont dare use the search it takes all my computer skill just to type without something going wrong so i wouldnt dare search for something in case my whole computer shut down. or exploded
