It's from Lanzarotte in the Canary Islands. It's not in the Mediterranean, but it has a Mediterranean climate, although possibly a little drier (the gardens there need a lot of watering with sprinklers and the suchlike). Pretty cool destop there Mikeus.
Here's my current desktop, after a while I usually delete most of the shortcuts on my desktop since it starts getting quite cluttered which ends up very annoying. I keep most of my modding files on the desktop too, just so I remember to actually mod.
