I believe there are about 13 unit slots still unused. I guess I find out when I add more! I'm added 9 units so far;

Celtiberian Heavy Spearmen, Syracusan Slingers, a few regional hoplites and such. Guess I'll find out exactly how many unit slots are free when I get a CTD upon added another one at some point.
