Greetings, young scholars.
Today, Strategos Haxios is in need of the general opinion. Since he has taken command of the Arche Makedonia, the Pahlava have been conquering like madmen. When the Pahlava have conquered the Arche Seleukeia, Strategos Haxios fears that -- ahem, he is concerned that they might pose a threat to some smaller factions like Baktria...in the year 197 before the birth of Christ.
The year is 197 before the birth of Christ (whoever that may be)

So Strategos Haxios has come up with a daring and cunning plan. More cunning than daring though, but to the point; he thought of magically taking over the Pahlavan steppe dominions and giving them away to a certain steppe faction. However, Strategos Haxios is uncertain whether he should give it to the Sauromatae or the Saka Rauka.
So Strategos Haxios once again asks -- ahem, demands that you young scholars post your ideas in this thread.
