Detroit Hard Rock.

Been diggin' it recently. Problem is, I've only been able to come up with four bands: The Stooges, the MC5, the Grand Funk Railroad (who are good, but they're really more 70's style hard rock than what I'm looking for) and Frijid Pink (and the only song I've heard them do is their cover of House of the Rising Sun. So, does anyone know of any of the other Detroit bands who made it?

I've lived about 20 minutes away from the murder capital for about 3 years and I should probably know some good bands, but I don't. I'm glad you are enjoying them though. Just don't ever visit the actual city.
