Dodidataskeli, Dubosaverlica, Elephantes Kataphraktoi Indikoi

Sorry to bother everyone with this, but with the recent discussion of the Dosidataskeli being axed, I had to ask. Does this mean that the Dubosaverlica, their Goidilic equivalents, are also gone from the game? Also, the Elephantes Kataphraktoi Indikoi seem to be missing? Is this the case, and if so, why?
Now, if this is what the team has decided is historically accurate, I don’t have a problem with it. I’m simply interested in learning the reasons such units were removed. And I hope you decide to leave the Grivpanvar. . .

Dubosaverlica have also been axed. Elephantes Kataphraktoi Indikoi are still in the game, they are recruitable for AS and Baktria. Grivpanvar are still there too.

Oh, I see. Didn't Makedonia and Epeiros used to be able to recruit them? Well, I'm sure there was a good reason.

Epeiros only, and only the Elephantes Indikoi in Ambrakia.

don't worry, Grivpanar aren't likely to leave any time soon..too much evidence and TPC protects them

The Pahlavân-î Grîvpanvâr and late Parthian bodyguard cavalry are late cataphracts, just like the Hetairoi Kataphraktoi, Hye Sparapet (Hye Zoravar? Can't remember.) and the Sahiya Hadabara. Those will not get removed anytime soon. In fact, I'd opt for... Never? The Grivpanvar might have one or two questionable items, but because it is later, those factors are diminished. By EB2 when we have more control over recruiting limits and more power over the looks, those factors will get even further diminished.
