There shouldn't be a concern with routers. In the Medieval2.preference file the port is already allocated....Having owned Med II for almost a year now I still can’t play online. I thought I had resolved all the issues concerning logging on gamespyId and CD key. I found out now that there are also issues concerning routers now too.
I am familiar with one other friend who also can’t play online due to the same difficulties.
It’s too bad it was over engineered. I only play Rome:TW online until it becomes possible to log in.
