adding some culture traits

Me again. I have just lost myself in the trait file. A simpler solution would be to just add the already existing trait, for instance MakedonianThessalos to Epeiros culture specific traits. But what should I do. what line and what file to modify because I cannot see the mechanism of how a specific trait is added to a specific culture. the command line Exclude culture is too vague for what I am trying to do...

Please any help?
