    Two quick questions

    is the Citymod and Fanatic’s First Cohort/Phalanx/Elephant/Chariot save game compatible

    couse i started a romani campaign with this pack and i'm already bulldozing everyone =\
    would be a shame, and a pain n' arse to start all over again to get this two great mini mods

    Ok as promised... Here goes the pack 3.1

    New things to notice
    • City mod (both version a and b)
    • Phalanx mod
    • Fixed Polybian recruitment for Allied recruitment mod (I had forgoten to disable the allies and to restrict the extraordinarii)
    • Fixed FD
    • Fixed Victory conditions
    • Fixed Alexander splash loading screen in RTW version
    • Fixed Bruttian voices
    • Improved UI (that means I finally made intallers )


    NOTES:
    • As you'll notice too, It was easier for me to create those mods as add-ons instead of merging them into the main pack
    • As you might notice, I also fixed several things, so you might as well want to re-download the pack to get all that stuff fixed


    Have fun, and yes... it is save game compatible, if anything city mod won't take effect on cities that are alredy larger than what city mod allows.

    The following error occurs with the RTW.exe version of your mod:

    Script error in eb/data/export_descr_unit.txt at line 10227, column 27.

    Could not find officer battle model for unit type 'roman infantry first legionary cohort i'.

    Hum... interesting it seems to work with me, are you sure you're using the rtw version?, cause I didn't touched the officers in RTW one...

    May I assume this happened in MP?

    I'll investigate nonetheless

    Definitely downloaded the RTW.exe version! I am getting this on SP.

    I commented out the "officer eagle" lines for the 'roman infantry first legionary cohort i' and 'roman infantry first legionary cohort ii' in the EDU.txt file and the game seemed to load/work normalyl after that.

    I am afraid though that I may have either broken something which will only bite me later or that there is something else that I have missed!

    That's.... quite weird, RTW version doesn't have the officer:eagle thing...

    Did you used the 3.1 or the 3.0 pack?

    Whats the difference between City mod 5.1a and 5.1b?
    Try in the original City mod thread

    What is regular recruitment and why would/wouldn't I want it?
    THe pack has enabled the Roman allied legions mod, which modifies the recruitment for romans, however somepeople don't like i and prefer the original recruitment style

    Eeem yes... I could make a version for you If you wish... but I would need to know

    1-Alex or RTW.
    2-Phalanx mod or not.
    3-... I think that's it.

    On a personal note... hehehehe I think big headed romans are less historically accurate than having them wearing red and coolus helmets.

    what is it? the bruttian unit does not have voice or it is missig did you put them voices or something?

    So my EB install got f**ked up... and now I want to reinstall this great compilation but I have a little problem I can't download anything. I tried dissabeling firewall, antivirus, etc ... but everytime I download something (the pack, city mod, phalanx ...) it's named "X6" and is in an unknown format. Have no idea what this means

    EDIT: Nevermind, I cracked it ( stupid DAP ). But now I found that the City mod 5.1b with allied recruitment enabled has a small bug: roman allied units are just labeled "Legio" instead of "Legio I Kalabria"-for example. I know it's because of City mod 5.1b with allied recruitment because if I don't install it the labeling is good.

    I would be very greatful Lz3 if you could spear the time to fix this.

    Hi lz3 ime having a small problem.
    i downloaded Spoils of Victory, Some trait changes (command stars & cursus honorum), Win Conditions, Force Diplomacy, and city mod and now the the computer ceepes giving me 100000 mani per turn when i should be in the negatives and the game starts to get alital boring when i can just bribe my way to victory.

    so do eny of those mods mess with the eb script in a way that can account for this.

    I am so confused.

    In the main post, I first read this:
    "You dont need to do anything but download the pack Now I didn't took a chance , I also included EVERY official fix, so... you DON'T need to apply ANY official fix after using this."


    But then, futher down the post, I read:
    "Official EB fix adaptation. Download. Instruction: Unpack into <RTW directory>/EB/data."

    ...and:
    "Instructions (for all packs)
    1-Make sure you have the sprites fix applied
    2-Download it."


    Should I download this?

    More:

    I want to play with citymod. But I don't know if I should choose

    Or...

    What is allied recruitment mod? Is it the "Roman Allied Legions-mod; by konny"?

    Just erase your map.rwm file. er... I think you can find some info on how to do that somewhere, maybe using the search feature
