Invisible War is absolutily worth playing, most dissapointing sequel ever but still good game with a few flashes of brilliance.
I think I'm the only person on the internet who enjoyed Invisible War. I'd say it's definitely worth playing. Oddly enough, I liked it and breezed through it, but I just can't seem to get into the original Deus Ex.

What ?! blasphemy!
I would say the first level or two are a bit slow (i loved them but compared to the rest of the game) but after that it starts to get very intresting.... it has an amazing storyline, also the weapons and augs you get later on are more entertaining too!
The difficulty level has a jump as well around level 3-4

Plus you only have to kill 2 people in the game, awesome. I love playing like a total wuss, baton to the back gnight. It's aweomness needs some time to sink in, had to force myselve through the first levels so I kinda on the same level. It gets really interesting after Hell's Kitchen. Unlike most I love Tokyo, so incredibly atmospheric and not that much combat, more adventuring.

Officially you only actually had to kill one person (depending on ending) but there was actually a way to complete the game without killing that person, video is on youtube if your intrested, involves catching a gas grenade and the exit door gets opened for you....
It was Hong Kong not Tokyo, i liked it somewhat but i think it was mainly all the loading areas that did my head in, my least favourite part would have to be right at the start of the Paris level...

GAH. Hongkong of course. Been playing too much (if there is such a thing) The world end with You and that is situated in Tokyo. But comming from a fellow Deus Ex fan, go play IW it's not the same but still the closest you can get. When it actually does feel like a Deus-Ex it's a gift from heaven, and some of it's best settings rival those of the first, especially an creepy as hell artic base is absolutily awesome. You will be dissapointed but have a good time nonetheless.

Loved the Hong Kong bit too. Plenty of new characters, didn't know who was double-dealing who. Staying in taht area captured the feeling of unravelling a conspiracy, and the setting was great.
I missed out on the bit because
Spoiler Alert, click show to read:
that probably made the level less impressive first time round..
