    Default LS reskin by Mucky305

    http://files.filefront.com/Mucky+Rom.../fileinfo.html

Above is the link to the reskin I've done. all tga and unit cards come from Modding Legions 1.5 available at Total War Center. Extract files to the folder you have EB in and BACK UP FILES. Further, this will only work on ALX.EXE as it exceeds the standard DMB limit. Screenies to follow.

    Cohors Imperatoria

    Prima Cohors Imperatoria

    Cohors Evocatae

    Cohors Praetoriana

    Praetorian Equites

    Roman Eastern Archers

    Roman Garrison Archers

    Roman Crew

Well, glad to help, however, it appears the reskin is less than popular. I think Obelics has the skin file to fix the current black helmet issue in Darth Stalin's fix so if I get that file, I can post that fix as well.

Yes, it is fixable and relatively pretty simple. I'd just need the 0.74 Cohors Imperatoria skin as the 0.81 skin doesn't wrap the model (the model with the Gallic helm) properly. Darth Stalin did a great job with his fix and basically, all it would take is inclusion of the 0.74 skin and an appropriate DMB entry in his mod. I think it would take about 5 minutes, I just don't have the file. Eventually, either I or someone else will post the fix.

Obelics says he has 0.74 skins. We must ask him again....

One question though. Your units in this LS mod are considered "Augustan" correct? I wouldn't want to start the game with LS as much as I would rather earn them. I would prefer to go through the Polybians and Marians and have your units only available when I reach Augustan. Would this work?

You said this only runs with Alex? If it's not too much trouble, can someone give me a rundown on how to convert RTW into ALX.TW. I've have been plagued with problems ever since I bought ALX. I can't seem to get anything to work with it. Hell, I can't even figure out how to download EB onto ALX.

    @Defiant
Yes they are Augustan units and yes they would only be available in the campaign game once you get the appropriate Augustan reform so you would still have the Camillian, Polybian, and Marian reforms to proceed through before you aquired these units. They are available in multiplayer (custom battles) as well.

As to using ALX.EXE (Alexander), the above link brings you to the Alexander EB mod (within this forum)which explains how to activate EB using the Alexander executable (ALX.EXE). It provides a download which will allow you to play immediately or you can modify the required files manually (detailed directions are included in the link). Once you modify the needed files, you can extract my mod into the folder where you have EB installed and you should be ready to kill the barbarian hordes! The mod is compatible with ALX.EXE and contains all but the permanent interloper fix. Good luck!

For the Segmentata/EB lovers, I'm planning a new mod that should be available soon. It will include many new skins and units and numbered First Cohorts. Some of the new units will be:

    - New mounts for FM's and Praetorian Cav
    - Cornicen's for line legions
    - Praetorian archers
    - Auxiliary Infantry (light and heavy)
    - Line and Praetorian Decurions
    - Praetorian Centurions
    - Outpost legionaries
    - Gallic and Eastern Legions

These units will be joined by the current units in my other reskin downloadable in this thread. You must have ALX for this mod to work. All current fixes will also be included.

Looking forward to it! While you're at it, I think KLA had some great late Roman Units. Specifically, the Late Roman Cataphract. I may implmenet this not for historical accuracy, but that these unit look REALLY good.

The Garrison archer looks exteremely good. I always thought that the rest of the roman army needed to have SOME archers that weren't still sporting celtic looks....
