soldier line in descr_battle

Ok I found somthing really annoying

In all soldier lines in descr_unit there are 3 parts like this

{soldier} {barb_pesant}{30,0,0.8}

can anybody tell me what {30,0,0.8} means

so far its 1 of 2 things

1)It referecnces the textures and body of the unit in descr_battle.txt

2)It tells me how many troops are in one regerment based on percent

I tried to figure out if it was one way or another but its almsot too close to tell

If somebody could tell me how it really works it would be very helpful
