    Default Reforms bugged again.

Hmm, yeah, I had the Polybian reforms happen in 241, got the advisor message and everything.

Sad thing is, they only happened in Roma, all other cities (Capua, Arpi etc.) still only got the Camillian reforms.

Did you upgrade your barracks? You only get it when you next upgrade them.
It began on seven hills - an EB 1.1 Romani AAR with historical house-rules (now ceased)
Heirs to Lysimachos - an EB 1.1 Epeiros-as-Pergamon AAR with semi-historical houserules (now ceased)
    Philetairos' Gift - a second EB 1.1 Epeiros-as-Pergamon AAR

It must be something on your end. Any problems with the polybian reforms would be found very quickly by others.

Have you made any edits to the EBBS file at all? Have you checked the other provinces for the polybian marker (it doesn't replace the camillian marker).

It really is impossible to suggest anything as I cannot recall this problem ever coming up and it doesn't seem like something that would without some real corruption of files or the player having accidently deleted something.

I haven't made any changes to the gamefiles except changing the colours of some factions - hardly something that can affect the game in this way.
