    Default Silly question

    Can someone post a comprehensive guide that informs me how best to acquire all of Romes reforms.


    I am at 250BC and have not had a single reform yet.

    Read the FAQ. You'll need to be 242BC before there is even chance to get the first reform.

    they are all over the place; the complete lists of reforms and requirements for all factions or civilisations that are able to get them
