Where do the First Cohorts come in for the Romani faction in 1.1?
I couldn't find them in the Recruitment Viewer and I've not hit the Marian Reforms yet in my game. Should I just sit tight and wait for them to appear or is there someone who knows the exact specifications to bringing them onto the field?

Yes, that's right. You can recruit them in Rome only, though.
