What to do you if you notice you have just attracted a beautiful girl?

OK, there is the thread about "How to attract a girl". But that's not my problem. My problem is

What to do if you notice you have just attracted a beautiful girl?

For example yesterday. At first I attracted a Turkish girl on the tram. Her nose was not so nice, but therefore the rest of her was even nicer. She smiled twice at me, first when I got into the tram and second when she left. Sadly I couldn't stand to look at her, but instead looked away!!!

Second I attracted another girl in university. She begged me to stand up because she had to go toilet I suppose, and later the opposite direction... She smiled at me as well, and I smiled back, but that was all.

Third, I somehow made a girl in the train home smile at me. She smiled at me even brighter than the other ones, which made me think she wouldn't smile at me. I sat down in the same group of seats, but didn't look or smile at her!!

So you see I might be attractive but a total moron. I just don't know what to do.

Edit: I've had relationsships and I'm not totally socially incompetent. It is these random encounters I cannot use.
