So I've had EB off the computer for a while but wanted to try 1.1... I can't install RTW, because when I click install, it doesn't install, it tries to uninstall, and simply errors at the end and "rolls back." I know I uninstalled rtw and EB using the control panel, and deleted any left over folders. I've searched the computer thoroughly, no luck, there's no files -- so what's it trying to uninstall? It claims it can't read an .msi, but that msi doesn't even exist. It goes through a long, long uninstall, going through countless files that I'm sure aren't on the computer, which really makes no sense. I can't find anything relevant in the registry either.
So, if the install button tries to uninstall something that's not there, well, i don't know how I can ever install it. I've read other topics here on this, still, no luck. Any advice?
