How do you remedy the public order penalty for insurgents?
When a bride is presented - you have the choice of giving the marriage your blessing or not.
What bearing does this have on gameplay? I have no clue, except to ask for your permission.

1. Send in a spy to catch the spy causing the disorder.
2. Well, if the offer is to a prince (or future prince), you might want to keep him free to marry a princess. Also, if the man in question is a raging alcoholic, dumb as a rock, and generally useless, it might be a good idea not to let him procreate.
