I doubt it; I expect that's a property related only to arrows in the way the game is coded.
It began on seven hills - an EB 1.1 Romani AAR with historical house-rules (now ceased)
Heirs to Lysimachos - an EB 1.1 Epeiros-as-Pergamon AAR with semi-historical houserules (now ceased)
    Philetairos' Gift - a second EB 1.1 Epeiros-as-Pergamon AAR

In the code, would it be actually 'flaming arrows', 'flaming rocks' (for catapults etc.), or would it be like a trait you can add to certain items to change the to incendaries..like 'flaming' + 'arrows'...does this make sense?

the Bean….good idea! if it is thus because cannot be modified the code?

it would have to be easy… the flaming javelin as an example they were used in the Punic war...

it would appeal to see them to me at work in order to face the elephants

the Roman used the Pilum also in order to stop the cavalry charges........ inflicting many more damages than those which son represented in the game...

I'm sure it was a rare case, but it is a very interesting concept.
