Taipei, TAIWAN: Date ideas.

Greetings all !

I've got a little game going with a friend of mine and we're challenging each other to organizing the perfect date in different cities of the world. She does one, then I do one. It's just for fun, but there are stakes as the date ideas are presented to some of our mutual friends and they vote on who's is better. The one who loses has to pay dinner & drinks for the other, at a location of their choice!!!. Now it's my turn and I'm supposed to come up with a novel date experience in Taipei, Taiwan.

Anyone have any pointers for where I should look, or any ideas ?

This is kind of "urgent" because I need to do this quick (within 24 hours) so I figured I could certainly find someone here from, or who has been to Taiwan. Many thanks in advance.
