layout changed?

Today I did a reinstall of rome and eb with all the fixes. Now after starting the first game in a battle the layout of the game changed?? I don´t know how to get it back . The formations are now at the top of the screen as is the map window instead of the usual bottom . The help screen didn´t help much eather tried altering the camera possisions and all but it didn´t work. its probably just fixed by pressing a certain button but which is the question....anyone??

you are using the EB trivial script. You need to run the Preferences program that was installed in the start menu under Program Files > Europa Barbarorum. Then change the Minimal UI so that it is off.
