I agree Richard, but will the patch achieve this goal or will it simply be a little less that hoped for as has been the cursed history of shogun and patching. I also agree that medieval is great as far a battles and strategy and were this my first total war game I would definitely be loving this game for ages as I did with shogun - I envy those guys and wish I could find that enthusiasm again but being bored already does not bode well, another sign of the times is I havent even bothered trying to log on multiplayer yet again because I feel I will be disappointed by the here I am again feeling! I think this was inevitable for guys who played alot of shogun?!
