The Campaign Map

[Zen Blade]

I was wondering if anyone knows of where I can get a picture/file of the entire campaign map.

I saw it at a couple of sites and am interested of getting a hold of it.

That map is from Lanzas site at www.geocities.com/totalwarshogun . I post at the forum there regulary good site for strategies when beginning and other stuff.

there is also a very basic color map within the game itself. you can find it in: Shogun-Total War\Textures\campmap\ there are 2 files in there, LukMap.lbm and LukMap2.lbm. both are essentially the same map and you'll need a paint program that can display .lbm files.

there are also numerous sites where you can get geographical maps on japan, as well as historical, political and other types of maps. i'll have to look some of them up and post them here later.

don't worry about that mate. I just wanted the Shogun Total War map. (campaign)
Since you can't use the F2 option while on the strategy map, I was wondering where/how ppl got them.

That was one of the maps I saw while looking, do you know where he got it from and how I might be able to get a copy of it? (or something very similar)

Well I think that one of the guys at the site made the changes, but I am not sure about it. If you click on it you get a bigger copy of it and you could download then other than that you could post at teh forum about getting a copy . But Lanza is not able to be there everyday now so it may take a while to get a reply.
