makes no sense

Quote: Each AI does, or should anyways, do things different then the other factions, since each AI has a "personality". The Averni for example are a trader smith, the Romans are a balanced caesar, and the Carthagians are a sailor caesar. While I have no idea what each one is other then vauge ideas, I do know those controls what types of troops they prefer to make, if they would rather build walls and barracks over trade and culture buildings, how aggressive they are, and so on.

forgot about that but the Carthaginians don't seem right on this as well least to my knowledge there seafarers and they build military builds instead of ports

do not go by the 'light' and 'heavy' that are shown on the unit card under weapon type. that's just to show what weapon type can be upgraded with the different levels of blacksmith (EB only uses one level though). The place you should be looking is when you hover the arrow over a unit or unit card. it will say in parenthesis, 'light infantry', 'heavy infantry', 'spearmen', 'light cavalry', 'heavy cavalry', missile cavalry', etc
