I got banned also for a few days a long time ago... Sent a mail to TosaInu and he replied me that the ISP could be the problem.

I've been talking with Tosa through PM. He said he didn't ban me and doesn't currently know what the problem is.
I'm confident that he'll be able to figure out what's wrong, though.
